Delete your account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account and all associated data from The Cards Know at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1: Delete from within the app (fastest)

The quickest way to delete your account is directly from the app:

• Open The Cards Know on your device
• Go to Account (from the menu)
• Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account"
• Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, send an email to hello@thecardsknow.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• All tarot reading history
• All journal entries and reflections
• Your intentions, life area preferences, and birth date
• Any subscription or payment metadata stored in our system

What we cannot delete

• Records required for legal or financial compliance (e.g., transaction receipts held by Google Play or Apple)
• Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you

Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. You are welcome to create a new account at any time.
