Common questions

How do I get my daily card?

Open the app each morning and your daily card will be ready. Pro members receive deeper, personalized readings that reflect your birth date, intentions, and life focus areas.

How do I manage my subscription?

On iOS: Open the Settings app on your device → tap your name at the top → tap "Subscriptions" → select The Cards Know. You can cancel or change your plan from there.

On Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select The Cards Know.

On the web: Sign in at thecardsknow.com and visit your account page.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same account you used when you purchased. Your Pro access will automatically sync. On iOS or Android, you can also tap "Restore purchases" on the pricing screen if sync doesn't happen automatically.

What happens if I cancel Pro?

You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll return to the free plan. Your reading history stays intact — the last 7 days remain accessible; older readings are stored but locked until you resubscribe.

I forgot my password or can't sign in.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" to reset via email. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that same provider to sign in. If you're still stuck, email us and we'll help recover your account.

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on each device and your readings, history, and Pro access will sync automatically.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the app's Account page, or visit our account deletion page for full instructions on what gets removed.

Is my data private?

Yes. We only collect what's needed to give you personalized readings (your name, birth date, and any intentions you set). We don't sell your data. Full details in our privacy policy.
